Existing orders

Please follow these instructions carefully for lost tickets or tickets not yet received. First, add to your allowed email address list. Second, fill out the form below. If we can match your email address with the ticket order in our system then we will attempt resend the tickets to the same email used when you created an order. If we cannot find a matching email address and event then you will see an error message.
Did you purchase the wrong tickets for an event or a wrong event?
Please note that all ticket sales are final. The following process can be used to exchange tickets for the same event. Please follow the instructions carefully. First, please purchase the correct tickets of the same or greater value than the original order. Then below please enter your old order ID, new order ID, and the reason for purchasing the wrong tickets. If you've followed the instructions correctly and we consider your original purchase eligible for a refund, we will issue refund for the original order to the original payment method on file. If we cannot approve this request then we will refund the new order. Again, please note that the ticket price and quantity must be the same or greater than the original amount, and that we cannot issue refunds for the differences in ticket prices.
Giveback Tickets is a 3rd party seller of tickets and cannot answer specific questions about the event. Please see the event organizer’s page on Giveback Tickets for more information, or contact event organizer.

Placing an Order

Please note that all ticket sales are final and we cannot issue refunds. If you feel you qualify for extenuating circumstances (i.e. website issue, incorrect or duplicate charge, or if there was a problem with your order) then please enter your information below. Please be as detailed as possible in the comment section. You may wish to review our refund policy here before sending a request. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund.
Please do not request tickets to be resent, exchanged, request a refund, or ask specific questions about the event here. This form is only meant for general ticket purchasing questions or business inquiries. We promise not to send spam to you, please do the same for us!
